How do you care for my Pets?
Well in a nut shell at 7 am dogs & cats have there out side play area door open, they are fee to run in & out as they please, we play a small game with them to make sure all is well. Then all Medication is taken care of, about 7.45am. While this is happening the room's are all disinfected & hosed out cleaned top to bottom, bedding is changed water bowl's cleaned & filled with fresh water. Then around 8.45am dogs & cats are back inside then fed, the out side grass runs have any mess cleaned up, with water bowls cleaned & filled. 9.30am doors are open for the day, so they can go play with the many toys we have or any dogs that need a play mate we will find them one. The staff have to walk through & check on all the Pets every 30 minutes, to make sure there are no problem with any of them. 10.30 Pets going home are washed, 3pm Pets are back inside, for dinner, 3.40pm they are back out side, with staff picking up bowls, cleaning the area. We then have a bit of fun with them playing ball or running around, before they are bedded back down for the night, that will settle any food they have eaten. Medication is given at 5.30pm as needed, then they are ready for sleep for the night. As they have had a great day playing running around, we find they will sleep all night long with out any problem, just like us after a hard days work.
Do you give any other discount?
Yes we can give you up to 99.9% discount, all you have to do is pay 99.9% the staff wages do 99.9% of the cleaning and pay 99.9% of my mortgage & other cost, I am only to happy to help you with any discount you need, as my work load does not change no matter how long your stay with us.
Can I come in to bed my own dog or Cat down?
This question is asked a lot, the main reason why you are not allowed into the bedding down area, is for safety reason, noise levels are very loud with dogs moving around within the kennel all the time, owner coming picking up there own dogs. Insurance does not cover us if any one slips over ect, also the dogs become very unsettled with strange people they don't know. We have found it in the best interest of the dogs, to have the smallest amount of movement within the kennels.
What type of vaccinations does my pet need?
Dogs require Yearly C5 vaccination, If you need to have your dog vaccinated prior to boarding with us," We can do this for you " cost $35 for dog's and $25 for Cat's. The Vaccination must be performed at least 2 weeks prior to boarding with us, ( This will help stop the spread of Kennel cough ). Do not try to have it done on the same day of Boarding.
Cats require F3 vaccination, If you need to have your cat vaccinated prior to boarding with us, the vaccination must be performed at least 2 weeks prior to boarding.

Information about Kennel cough.
Infection
Both viral and bacterial causes of kennel cough are spread through the air by infected dogs sneezing and coughing. It can also spread through contact with contaminated surfaces and through direct contact. It is highly contagious, even days or weeks after symptoms disappear. Symptoms begin usually 3 to 5 days after exposure. The disease can progress to pneumonia. Symptoms can include a harsh, dry hacking/coughing, retching, sneezing, snorting, gagging or vomiting in response to light pressing of the trachea or after excitement or exercise. The presence of a fever varies from case to case. The disease can last initially from 10-20 days and can rebreak when the dog is put into a stressful situation which puts stress on the dog's immune system. Diagnosis is made by seeing these symptoms; having a history of exposure is also helpful but not always found, as kennel cough is easily spread through contact of other dogs with contaminated surfaces such as the ground parks where dog play, toys, and sidewalks.
Treatment and prevention
See also: DA2PPC Vaccine
Antibiotics are given to treat any bacterial infection present. Cough suppressants are used if the cough is not productive (nothing is being coughed up). Prevention is by vaccinating for canine adenovirus, distemper, parainfluenza, and Bordetella. In kennels, the best prevention is to keep all the rooms well disinfected. This is why you will find a funny smell at time on the dogs, due to the disinfection used to clean the floors. We use Hospital strength odor-air for all floor areas.
